Issue VII: Rusty Key

For the August issue, The Typewriter is leaning into our history.

To access old typewriters locked in hardshell cases, a key was necessary.

Without it, ink could not be spilled across parchment and truths could not be spilled across hearts.

A rusty key represents possibilities long fallen dead. What might it have unlocked centuries ago? And what might it unlock now? Anything? Nothing? You get to decide for this issue.

Everything guarded can be opened with something small enough to fit in your palm.

Mystery, secrecy, the past, present, and future are all things keys represent. And we want to hear your key.
