The Typewriter Updates: Critiques Now Available!

Dear Supporters of The Typewriter,

As we write this blog post, we have an exciting update weighing heavily on our minds. The Typewriter student literary magazine will now be offering critiques and suggested revisions to our submittees!

After submitting work of any sort (whether it be within the parameters of our magazine or not), you will receive an email back with our decision, and an offer to receive feedback on your submission. Please note, this addition is not offered outright for works we have chosen to publish, and must be specifically asked after by the author. Edits are not allowed to be made after The Typewriter has accepted your piece, so we encourage the author simply to pocket these tips and use them moving forward.

For those rejected from publication, we urge you to take our critiques, apply them to your work (and all future works to which they apply), and re-submit.

We look forward to reading your brilliant works and wish you the best of luck in publishing, young writers.
